Dr. Christopher Kolade
Dr. Christopher Kolade was Nigeria’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. He is a veteran broadcaster and one-time Director–General of the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Cadbury Nigeria Plc. He sits on different corporate boards and is a founding faculty of the Lagos Business School. Dr. Kolade was president of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, and the International Institute for Communications. A recipient of the Nigerian national honour – Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), Dr. Kolade is currently the Pro-chancellor of Pan-African University.

Engr. Vincent Maduka
Engr. Vincent Maduka holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from Leeds University, England and M.Eng.Sc. in Applied Acoustics from UCD, Dublin. He was Chief Engineer and later GM/CEO of WNTV-WNBS Ibadan Nigeria. In 1977, he was appointed the pioneer Director-General of the Nigerian Television Authority, (NTA), then briefly Technical Adviser to the Federal Ministry of Communications before returning to NTA. He retired in 1986 into consulting. Maduka was president, Nigerian Society of Engineers and president, Nigerian Academy of Engineering. Maduka has held directorship positions in both the public and private sectors, including at chairmanship level. He holds the Nigerian national honour of the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR).He is at present a Senior Fellow at the School of Media and Communication, Pan- African University.

Professor Yemi Osinbajo (SAN)
Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has over 30 years of experience as a law teacher and advocate. From 1999–2007, he was the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Lagos State. He is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and was educated at the University of Lagos (LLB, 1978) and the London School of Economics (LLM, 1980). He has authored several books on civil procedure in Nigerian superior courts, rules of evidence and justice reform. Prof. Osinbajo sits on the boards of many corporations, including Citibank. He also serves as Adviser to the African Development Bank (ADB).

Ms. Benedikter Molokwu
Ms. Benedikter Molokwu is the Chairman of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Centre for Corporate Governance and until January 2010, Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of Triumph Bank. A lawyer, banker and administrator, she has strong reputations in risk management, compliance, strategic planning and financial services with analytical, planning, organizational and negotiating skills. A past President of IoD, Ms Molokwu is a Director of NDIC and has served on the SEC Committee for the Review of the Code of Corporate Governance. She attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, holds a Masters degree and banking and management certificates from the Columbia University, New York and the Manchester Business School.

Dr. Basil Onugu
Dr. Basil Onugu, a consummate banker and development consultant, holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA (Finance & Accounting) and a B. Sc.(Hons) in Mathematics. After over 25 years in the financial services industry, Onugu returned to consulting where he focuses on Capacity Building in the areas of Leadership, Customer Service and Organisational Development. His major consulting concern is the transformation of individuals and organisations into better persons and entities. He is currently the Principal Consultant at Leadership Paradigm Consultants Ltd., a forward-thinking consulting firm which implementation methods are based on positive attitudinal change, effective interpersonal relationships skills, goal setting and transforming the mind set of people positively.

Dr. Nick Idoko
Dr. Nick Idoko holds a PhD in Journalism and Communication Science from Freie Universitaet Berlin, Germany. He has over two decades of consulting experience in diverse fields including communication, conflict management, and case management systems design. Dr. Idoko is Adviser to the Afrika Center Berlin, Germany, on migration, intercultural communication and change management. Idoko is currently the President/Lead Consultant, Africa Network for Peace and Justice (ANPeJ), a Lagos-based NGO focusing on conflict transformation, intercultural communication and peace-building. He is also an adjunct faculty at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-African University.
